Starting in September, we will send weekly Sales reports from HubSpot to allow leadership to have access to real-time and accurate data on their dashboard at any time.

Dashboard Delivery Schedule

You will receive three dashboards each week on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 8:00 a.m. Eastern Time.
These dashboards provide visibility into key dealer activities, pipeline performance, and inactivity alerts.


1. Dealer Activity Dashboard

This dashboard provides an overview of all dealer activity from the beginning of the month to the current date.

Included Reports

  • Dealer Activity (Pivot Table Format):
    Displays all dealer activities categorized by activity type, and further broken down by DVP and RD.

    • Each row represents an activity category.

    • The bottom row of the report shows the total activity count across all teams.

2. Sales Reporting Dashboard

This dashboard provides insights into pipeline performance and recent closed-won activity.

Included Reports

  1. Pipeline Reporting (Pivot Table Format):
    Similar to the Dealer Activity dashboard, this report is broken down by DVP and RD. The deals stage and probability also break this down.

  2. Closed-Won Deals (Last 7 Days):
    Displays all deals marked as Closed Won within the last seven (7) days, based on the Close Date property.

3. Inactivity Dashboard

This dashboard helps identify deals and companies that may need follow-up due to inactivity.

Included Reports

  1. Deals with No Activity (45+ Days):
    Lists all deals that have had no activity in over 45 days.

    • This includes deals where no stage movement, comments, or emails have occurred and no major properties have been updated.

    • These deals may require attention or follow-up.

  2. Companies with No Dealer Activity (45+ Days):
    Identifies companies that have not recorded any dealer-related activities in more than 45 days.

  3. Deals with Past Close Dates:
    Displays all deals where the Close Date is in the past.

    • Review these deals to determine if the stage should be updated or the Close Date needs correction.

Accessing the Dashboards

You can access these dashboards in two ways:

  1. From the Dashboard Emails

    • Each dashboard email includes a link at the bottom of the email.

    • Click that link to open the dashboard directly in HubSpot.

  2. From Within HubSpot

    • In HubSpot, click on the “Reporting” navigation at the top.

    • Select “Dashboards” from the dropdown menu.

    • Once you’re in the dashboards view, click on the dashboard name at the top left corner.

    • A dropdown will appear where you can search for and select the desired dashboard.

    Dashboard Names:

    • GWC Sales Reporting

    • GWC Inactivity

    • GWC Dealer Activity

Interactive Features

All dashboards are fully interactive:

  • Click on the blue numbers in the reports to drill down into detailed data.

  • From the drill-down view, you can navigate directly to the related HubSpot records for further review or updates.
