List Views on Index Pages
Once you've clicked on one of these objects, you'll be taken to a page with a listing view for that particular object, e.g. clicking on CRM -> Tasks shows "All", "Due today", "Overdue", "Upcoming" tabs so you can focus on what you need more efficiently.
While you may not need to create your own List Views, here are some basic instructions in case you need to or want to customize what's already available.

- You can easily identify the applied Filters by checking the links below the List View tabs. A number will appear next to the Property being filtered, indicating how many filters are currently refining your List. If you need to search for a different Property to filter on, simply click on the "More Filters" link located at the right end of the Filters line. For more detailed information on Filters, refer to the Reports article in the General category of the Knowledge Base.
- You can easily locate a specific record in your existing List View by entering its Name or Title in the search bar located on the left side under the tabs. As you type, real-time results will be displayed, making it convenient to find the record you're looking for.
- You can Sort the preset columns by clicking on the Property itself or you can Add or Remove or Rearrange Columns by clicking the "Edit Columns" link to the right of the Filters.
- Also, you have the option to select multiple records to update, assign, add to Lists (using the Marketing tool), or even create Tasks by simply clicking on the checkboxes next to the records you want to work with and then clicking on the corresponding Action links that appear next to the search bar.
Profile & Preferences
The top, right-most dropdown, is where you'll get to your Profile & Preferences.
This is also how you'll access any Sandbox you have access to. Make sure it says APCO Holdings to confirm that you are in Production environment.

Here, you can link your Corporate Email and Calendar to HubSpot, making it easier to schedule meetings and send emails within the platform. You can also customize your notification settings for tasks and manage your password and two-factor authentication (2FA). For more detailed information on this topic, refer to a separate article in the General category of the Knowledge Base.
Universal Search
![]()
When searching for any record in HubSpot, you can always rely on the magnifying glass icon located at the top right corner of the window. By clicking on it, you can access a list of recently searched records and get real-time results as you type. This universal search function allows you to find all types of objects, such as a Customer Jones Deal or a Customer Jones Contact, by simply entering relevant keywords like "Customer Jon".

This section can be referred to as Miscellaneous, as it mainly consists of quick, one-click actions that help streamline your tasks (you're almost finished!).

- Clicking the left-most icon along the top (to the left of the Contacts dropdown) takes you to your Default Dashboard (covered in the Dashboard article in the General category of the Knowledge Base).

- Clicking the bell icon on the far right side of the window at the top will show your Notifications - Tasks that are coming up, Comments you've been tagged in, Emails you've received in the HubSpot Inbox. You can click to open them or mark them as Read.
