### **Set up 2FA (2-factor authentication)**

Help secure your account by adding a 2FA method so HubSpot can send an email or text to confirm your credentials. This is to ensure that we adhere to the highest security standards.

- Click on the profile icon located on the top-right corner of your screen and then click on "**Profile & Preferences**".
- By default, this takes you to your General Preferences; click on **Security** tab.

- If you're using the OKTA app, choose "**Authentication app**". If you prefer to receive a text message with a code, select the "**Text message**" option. ![Auth](https://knowledgebase.apcoholdings.com/hs-fs/hubfs/Auth.png?width=688&height=337&name=Auth.png)

### Set Up Your HubSpot Account in OKTA

Create a helpdesk ticket if you don't see HubSpot on your OKTA dashboard, Once added, you can easily log in to OKTA and access all your connected apps seamlessly.
