Set up 2FA (2-factor authentication)
Help secure your account by adding a 2FA method so HubSpot can send an email or text to confirm your credentials. This is to ensure that we adhere to the highest security standards.
- Click on the profile icon located on the top-right corner of your screen and then click on "Profile & Preferences".
- By default, this takes you to your General Preferences; click on Security tab.

- Under Two-factor authentication section, click Set up two-factor authentication (2FA).

- If you're using the OKTA app, choose "Authentication app". If you prefer to receive a text message with a code, select the "Text message" option.
